Built in 1938, this beautiful waterfront building has been modernized with updated heating/cooling system, plumbing and wiring and full wheelchair access. The main living room area measures 338 square feet and features an electric fireplace. Folding tables and chairs are available for the use of renters, and the dining area offers a beautiful table for buffet meals. The caterers kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, plenty of counter space, large and small coffee pots, kettle and tea pot. Vintage china is available for the use of renters.
